Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at bantraps.amw@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items (such as special orders or engraved products) cannot be returned.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product following the process above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us before sending your return. In these cases, we will provide a return shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping.
